Re-Make vs In-Stock POLICY

EM Custom Show Pads website is strategically divided into categories “In-Stock” & “Re-Make” via each product listed; please make yourself aware of the corresponding category on the item you are purchasing today.
If you choose the option to purchase a RE-MAKE pad you agree and understand the pad is NOT In-Stock and will take 4-5 weeks to be created plus additional time for shipping.

Depending on screens and devices; colors may vary, please read the description on each pad prior to purchasing. 
Designs may vary from sketch to finish product on digital mock ups.
EM Custom Show Pads reserves the right to restock any pad design excluding customs. 
EM Custom Show Pads is not responsible for damage, improper care, or improper sizing provided by the customer prior to or after the sale of a pad. 

REFUND POLICY

Pads must be unused and in original condition for a refund through means of STORE CREDIT within 30 days of delivery date. Store credit is available for in-stock pad returns, customer is responsible for shipping and related costs for the pad back to EM Custom Show Pads and for the shipping and related costs on the new pad purchased. Once we receive and check the product is unused and in its original condition prior to being delivered to the customer a store credit will be issued.
No refunds in the means of monetary reimbursements will be made.
Custom pads cannot be returned and will not be refunded. All Sales are Final. EM Custom Show Pads is not responsible for damage, improper care, or improper sizing provided by the customer prior to or after the sale of pad.

FAQs

Most definitely all “Re-Makes” & “Customs” are eligible to be created in a specific size that best suits you and your horse.
It’s as simple as including the specific size you’re needing in the notes section at checkout.
