WHOLESALE REQUIREMENTS

You must have a Sales & Use / Tax ID number before submitting your wholesale application for approval. Once you are approved, you will recieve a contract for wholesale which must be signed and your wholesale minimums. Once the contract is signed, you will then have to register and log into our website HERE where your pricing will be displayed.
